The workers were at our home one full day and two additional mornings. We were told a specific start date, so we removed everything from the walls and moved vehicles. At 6:30 the night before, we were texted and told we had been rescheduled to a week later with no explanation or apology. We had to ask why there was a delay. It took another week before the project started. When work began, they did not bring enough supplies with them. And on the second day, they ran out of shingles, so we had to wait another week for them to finish the job. No one called us to update us on these issues. We had to call them. Even after we called we received misinformation about the time table of the job. Mistakes happen, but the thing that really got to us was that no one explained to us what was going on, and worse yet no one apologized for the inconvenience we experienced.
