I found Jator when he was teaching a CHEK Institute course and I was immediately impressed. He also looked like the kind of coach I generally responded well to, a rough, tough, fighter type, who might yell in my face "military" style. It's been almost one year since I met Jator. He taught the CHEK HLC level 1 class I attended. BTW, he is a great instructor and that was a fantastic course. The only thing I knew about him going into it was that he was wise, based on the fact that he was coaching a friend who invited me to take the course. I started to be allergic to wheat about a year ago and it recently got so severe that I would get anaphylaxis every time I ate any wheat foods. After I stopped eating wheat I then started having reactions to non wheat foods. I was referred to Jator by a friend and was impressed by his level of knowledge on wheat allergies, gluten intolerances, and health issues surrounding our immune system and our gut. I've been following his protocol and am longer getting the anaphylaxis. I'm in the process of healing my gut and immune system after years of them being negatively effected by wheat. "Trainer" is not really an adequate term to describe Jator as a workout with him is akin to a session with multiple experts in medicine, therapy, body work and diet (in addition to a workout). Writing this review of Jator has engaged my soul and caused me to reflect and consider the question...... what has it been like for me working with Jator (and therefore working with myself) as I have experienced it? Jator is the voice in my head everyday regarding lifestyle choices, wrestling with self imposed body challenges and understanding that making the right choices makes me feel full of energy. I have known and worked with Jator for years. I have grown older with Jator and observed him evolve as a masterful lifestyle coach and individual.
