Gaetano was amazing. My daughter left one of her small suitcases in our hotel in Rome. He took command of the situation: first, he was honest about saying that it was unlikely we'd be able to get it before we left on Wednesday morning (it's Monday now). He was very confident that it would arrive at our next stop in Italy, up in Canazei in the Dolomites. This is the best place to ship your loots from shopping in Tuscany. Gaetano the owner is the best, great customer service and he will make sure your vino collection will arrive on time and in one piece. We have used his services couple of times we have been staying at Lucca. He also sells premium wines, olive oils, balsamic vinegars direct from the producers or vineyards in limited quantities but best selections. They pack them well; I have seen paintings, status, garden figurines in their office waiting to be shipped. I plan to ship my suitcase I just can't lug them to airport so heavy.
