Contacted Dave about it the next day and he asked to look at the vehicle that afternoon. I gave him the location and he didn't respond for over 24 hours. Finally came at 720 pm the day after contacting him and he took videos and pictures of the windshield flaw so he could get it replaced for us but said he needed to wait until the sealant cured as to not make a mess. Said to wait a week and he would come and replace it. It has now been almost three weeks and he will not respond to any text or phone calls or voicemail. I contacted the dealership he installed it for and still no contact from Dave. I would highly suggest finding someone else to do business with. Horrible communication and does not stand behind his product. Does not follow through with promises either.
