I've never used a self serve car wash station before and after this experience, I don't know how I feel about it. The cleaning tools did extremely well but my car is still completely wet. The dryer time is not long enough. Wet spots all over my car. read more

This car wash is just fine! It's simple, quick, and easy. It's a self wash, so no attendants which is perfect because I don't have to feel compelled to tip anyone. The lady that just pulled through in front of me had difficulty, she pulled up too far from the automated kiosk, then she couldn't figure out what buttons to push, then she couldn't stop where you're supposed to to get a wash. She had to continuously pull forward and back up over and over which is absurd because this is so simple. I wash my GMC Denali and it comes out spotless, still have to do a little towel dry. The vacuums are free and readily available. This is perfect for all the rain that keeps coming down. If you're not an idiot you can be in and out in under 5 minutes. read more

I showed up at the car wash Sunday morning. Car washing side was ok. Free vacuums sucked. Out of the 6 vacuum bays 2 were disconnected and laying on ground. 2 didn't have enough suction to pick up a bread crumb. The other 2 were good vacuums. Well, The wash was decent. I wish the rinse and the dry were 20 seconds longer each. Or no time limit at all for the dry. I drive a small sports car, so a quick blast down the toll got rid of all the subsequent rinse water that was still on the car. The code used from the Yelp app for a $6 ultimate wash couldn't be processed. When I put it in, it said my payment couldn't be processed even though I had not entered a payment method yet, so I verified I input the code correctly. I did. It still said payment couldn't be processed so I figured I would try to put my credit card in. Whoops. Never got a chance to put the code in again. And worse, when I tried to print a receipt, that too wasn't working and it asked me to see the cashier. Will follow up with my review after the response from management. EDIT: Management responded within hours to my review. (Thanks Neil) and took care of their customer as I had anticipated they would. read more

I've been using express auto wash now for about 4 months and it can't be beat. I used to go to bubble clean but decided to try express and I'm really glad I made the change. My truck comes out clean each time and the value is great. The wash is relatively new and everything is always clean. The car wash is nice.... if you can read the instructions. That being said, I would not suggest washing your car as the sun goes down, roughly between 7-8pm. During this time, the sun will blind you and you may find it difficult to properly wash your vehicle. Luckily, if you check in on Yelp, you can get $5 off their Ultimate Wash; which helps when you pay for a car wash 2 times. read more

This is a great car wash everytime I come through there's always someone in front of me that has an issue. Mostly it's older people and I really think it has something to do with the blinking blue and red lights. Some kind of combination of colors that freaks people out I don't know it's weird . I think that makes people nervous and they can't see. This rating is based on the car wash which always gets my truck extremely clean and the guys there are super nice and helpful. Your wash begins with a seizure inducing strobe light and ends with a dryer that ends prematurely. In the middle you get an alright scrub. But, oddly, you have to drive through the rinse yourself. Take your time or you'll end up with soap leftovers. read more

I stopped by for a quick wash on Sunday. I immediately realized something was wrong when it was my turn. Nothing was happening. I pulled out and immediately tried to find a number to call. The only option I could find on Google was to text someone. I didn't expect a response but was surprised that they contacted me right away. The machine had to be reset which was done remotely so I had to wait for a couple minutes but as soon as the machine restarted I was able to go through the wash. I was given an upgraded free wash too. The person who helped me was very responsive and nice. I got a pretty decent wash -better than I thought I would. I definitely recommend for a quick wash! If u have issues definitely stick around if You have time because they will resolve it right away. read more

Nothing more frustrating than to have your car half washed and still covered in soap as you drive out of the broken down wash bay! Went to the Express Oil Change next door (that I am a loyal customer of and LOVE by the way - hint, hint you guys!!) that also runs the car wash to ask for help. Used the coupon offer from checking in on Yelp. It was a good basic wash but it did not get my vehicle all the way clean. We just returned from a trip and there were a lot of bugs and road grime on my vehicle and this wash did not get it off, now I will have to either hand wash it myself or find another car wash.
