Looking for a general contractor? Look elsewhere! This company lacks communication skills, integrity, and honesty. Our builder died during the process, the widow knew and requested this companies assistance. Here is a brief summary. We were told after installation of electrical we had gone over the bid, we were over $2,000+. Even though our contract stated that we had to sign off for overages before the work was done. They chose to take it out of the savings we made on our HVAC system. They never responded to text or emails about bids for plumbing fixtures or tile. They verbally told us we were in budget. Then when we requested refund for money spent out of pocket for items in the bid they never responded. Nor did they refund. They refused to show us proof of receipts of where our money was spent on overages. We are out thousands. A week before the home was to be finished they stopped all communication. They did not even let us know the widow was in charge. The home was done over a month past the time they said it would be done. We had to find temporary housing. As for the rest of the business, we do not trust this company. We will never recommend or return to this place of business. read more
