"o ya sure Il be out there tomaro" kinda of stuff but never showed up when they said they would , And time was a factor. So a friend recommended Randall w/ A Helping Hand Handyman service , so I gave him a call and he came out that day and gave me a free estimate which was pretty reasonable , so I decided to give him the job and then to my amazement he started working on the project the next day, bright and early then he even finished way ahead of schedule and that made my wife happy so that was nice , he did an amazing job ,he was very professional and friendly , I'm planning on calling him for my next jobs that need done , I'd would recommend him to anyone needing any kind of handyman/ construction type job ur looking to have done

We had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. I felt so bad for the home owner. I reported that…read morepart of the floor was warping in December 2021. Nobody came, so I reported it again in January and February. Nobody showed up until March 2022. The poor homeowner had to pay for floor replacement because the problem was left for SO long. We struggled to get return calls from C & C and when we did, we often received conflicting information. Monique does everything she can to take deposits from renters. We were charged $320 to clean a house that was cleaner than we moved in! She nickels and dimes the deposits until there is nothing left, while badmouthing the owners and saying they are the problem. We moved out of a property in July and as of October we have still received none of our deposit back. The only response we have gotten is, "I have 60 days to return money if you have any left". This is the most unprofessional and dishonest rental company I have ever dealt with. If you decide to use this company, be prepared for dishonesty and no professionalism. They demand their money up front and quickly, but do not return deposits. Watch your back!

We hired Cheryl and Co. as property managers in the summer of 2017. As long as all you need them…read moreto do is collect the rent and take their share, they are fine. If you want them to perform routine maintenance, respond quickly to emergency needs (sewer back-ups), or maintain regular communication with you as a property owner, you are out of luck. DO NOT HIRE THEM to manage your property. Your property will end up worse off than how it started and you will not be getting even a basic value for the money you pay them. Following a recent unnecessary flood at our property Cheryl and Co's staff blamed everyone from the tenant to the handyman and then me for their complete mismanagement of the situation. The lack of acknowledging where they had completely dropped the ball speaks to a basic lack of professionalism and integrity. As a long-distance landlord, the logistics of taking them to small claims court to recover the damages are not realistic. Save yourself the cost and the stress and find a different property manager. Cross-posted to both sides of the business as the ownership/management and presentation of the company is the same.
