Good and dandy when you don't need to file a claim. We filed a claim because of hurricane Helene…read moreand they are not efficient. 1st the adjuster is in Arizona so she bases the damage based on pictures. Not physically in person. They sent someone to take the pictures and now I need to continue sending them pictures of the damage. I had 3 companies plus a FEMA inspector coming over which inspected our air conditioner/ heater and found damages to the unit because of Hurricane. 4 months have passed and Allstate didn't due anything about it, we went ahead and changed the unit with our money. Allstate inspector says that's not valid because prior unit was not inspected by them. I think with 3 reputable companies and FEMA inspections it would suffice, but not according to the adjuster sitting in a desk in Arizona, we are in SC and says it won't be covered. Still dealing with Allstate and Mr Carters agency to send an adjuster in person. Nothing has been done. Stay away from this agency if you want something to be done when an issue arises.
