So drop-off wasn't too bad, but when I picked up, the place was an even worse mess & the same older gentleman was yelling at his employee manning the cash register while I was standing there. It was quite uncomfortable & he was not friendly at all today. I felt really bad for the employee who was obviously embarrassed. I'm moving on to try a different cleaner.

They DESTROYED the beading on my dress and it is SUPER wrinkly. I can't believe how bad it looks. I would not recommend and will NEVER go there again. The beading on my dress is supposed to be filled in and when I got it back, it's patchy and sparse. If only they knew how much this dress costs. I am so angry at them!
