I arrived around 8:30 a.m. on a Tuesday. Not busy, so I was able to get in right away. Greeted with a pleasant smile as I approached, while in my car. Explained what I was there for and she directed me right into the bay. Work was started immediately. I was getting the oil changed, so was able to remain in the car. Went in today for a simple oil change on my 07 Jeep Rubicon. They appeared to do an okay job till I got home and oil was dripping on my concrete driveway. My jeep has never leaked oil. I got under the jeep to discovery oil splashed on the pan and skid plates. The person that changed the oil and filter did not wipe the pan and dripping from the oil filter change out. I cleaned the oil pan and oil filter along with double checking the drain plug. New concrete driving got out my pressure washer but the dripping did not come out as the oil soaked into the concrete. Should have changed the oil myself! It appeared Express Oil was more concerned with performing an inspection to see what they could charge me for rather than do the job I came if for correctly. Was sent a $26 discount from Express Oil in email for Oil Change, but they said it is not working without even trying it. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I will be going somewhere else. I would give this business less than 1 star if I could. Express Oil was outrageously expensive - never have I ever paid over $100.00 for a standard oil change! The air filter my car required was out of stock. First I was told they would have it in 10 minutes from the auto parts store 1/4 mile down the road. Then I was told the part would be in the next day, which I was ok with. I was not called until 2 days later that the part was in. They made it sound like they were doing me a favor by only charging me what they were paying for the filter. I could have ordered the air filter cheaper on amazon. When I went back to have the part installed, there were no apologies or 'thanks for your patience' offered. They had an all female crew which I was impressed with however I was shocked that the total cost was $106.00 and that was with a $5.00 discount they tacked on. I don't know if I was taken advantage of because I trusted the female crew or if it was because I'm a female in my 60's. I will never go back to them and I highly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else. read more

These guys did me right today! Was on a road trip with the family in our seldom-used minivan when our right front tire started showing low air on the TPM. Pulled off Hwy 16 at 73 and put some air in it at QT, but the tire kept losing air. Wife rolled the minivan forward slowly while I inspected the Michelin tread for a puncture, and I discovered some dry rot cracking deep in the treads. I could hear the air escaping. I started calling around to see if I could get the tire replaced quickly--it was 12:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon and everyone was really busy--but Dylan at this place said, "yeah, we have that size tire. We can work you in." I got there and we inspected the other three tires and they all had similar cracking in the treads-dry rot. So I needed 4 tires to keep the car safe. OK, significant bucks, but what choice do you have? I authorized the work and these guys had all 4 tires replaced and back on the road by 2:15 pm. Great service! They had a number of other cars there for oil change and other work, and were having to schedule for next week some walk-In customers with non-urgent repairs. But they took care of my emergency tire problems today with speed and courtesy and fair prices. Good job, Express! read more

I needed an oil change in the worst way and the 10 minute oil change sign caught my eye. So I rolled in to check out this new spot in Denver. I have a larger truck and opted to do a tire rotation so I was there for about 30 minutes, but I found the staff was very efficient and very polite. I'm a happy customer! read more

Got a nail in my tire, plugged it so I could drive to repair/replace said tire. Arriving to the store, I was informed since I plugged it myself, I voided the warranty. Therefore I purchased a whole new tire. Upon replacing the tire, the jack was misplaced on my car and my cars driver side door is now smashed in. Nobody on the crew felt the need to inform me of this issue, when I confronted the manager he insisted on having a technician "bend the door back into place". This obviously didn't fix the issue. Three weeks later I've filed claims, gotten multiple quotes for repair and I'm still waiting to hear from someone in regards to fixing my door. I will not be promoting this business. When speaking to the service manager I was told "I'm not trying to make excuses but there seems to keep being bumps in the road and I'm having to deal with it" sorry to be such an inconvenience for you boss. read more

Took a cv axle to get put in, turning hard left knock knock. After 24hrs they told me they couldn't hear it but I needed brakes. Went and did a u-turn in the parking lot with mechanic standing by and heard it. What I got was "yeah that's a cv axle wish you gave us more information". Made a reservation online to purchase and mount 2 tires. Received an email confirmation from the Denver location. Showed-up 15 minutes before the appointment time to be informed that they were not aware of my appointment! They did not have the tires, not sure when they could be obtained or have any alternative tire selections to help the situation. Very disappointing!!! read more
