You constantly hear horror stories about this place though. This place is fine if you have an older car but if you drive something new or under warranty.. it's best to just take it to the dealership. The turnover is so bad here. You might have a new guy change your oil every time you go. Wait times also tend to be long. Also no certified mechanic on duty. They don't employ one.

They told them they should have had a mechanic look at it before they bought it. I guess Ford dealers don't have mechanics. Then they said if they agreed to buy a warranty for 2 years for $200 a month they would see about fixing the car. They took the car to the shop, which sat there for 8 weeks. They kept saying the inspector had to look at it. Do you want to know what happens to a little family with no car in 2 months? They lost their jobs, lost their credit, and were homeless. They lost everything they owned. Did Bill Penny Ford care about this? No, they did not. They offered them a buyback for half of what they paid for it and applied that to the loan. So now they have a big chunk of debt with nothing to show for it. These deadbeats will fix it up and resell it to someone else. Shame on them and shame on Ford.
