Also it would be an unusual spot for a screen to be hit (in the top centre, in 2 spots a 1/2" apart but not at the edge of the phone). The employee said they can't help (just an employee) and call a number in New York. A person answers (not a business) tells me this is not possible, that a crack could not happen without it being dropped, however if I go back she will have them give me a "big discount" on a new screen. it was odd they didn't say how much like negotiating with me and when i asked they said about $10-$20 off. so after paying $120 in January I would pay another $110 in March. the whole thing seemed unprofessional and I would avoid them at all costs. no accountability for their work. waste of $120.

While I was in there the technician actually told the customer a head of me that the part was $10 cheaper then quoted so he returned the $10 to her. He could have easily kept the extra money but he was so honost. I brought my laptop in and he diagnosed the problem in about 10 min (Currupted hard drive). He was able to backup all my data even with a bad hard drive, replace the hard drive and got my computer up and running like new. Price was better than I thought too. First upon arrival the place is very sketchy looking with nothing on the door but a hung up banner that was half falling down. When I walked in, I thought there was no employee but as I approached the counter I realized that the employee was dead asleep in the chair. This was in the middle of the day. I wasn't sure if I should try waking him up, so I walked back out and back in to trigger the sound of the door alarm. They don't take any form of card payment, only cash app, Zelle, or cash (definitely not suspicious at all). I didn't get a receipt and I had to ask the employee if he needed my information so that he could call me when it was ready. He seemed flustered and said it was his first day. I'm assuming the fact he just woke up didn't help. I called the owner about two hours in to ask for an update and he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When he got to the store it was in fact not ready and took an additional 20 minutes. When I got the tablet back, the screen was "fixed" but the iPad did not work when trying to touch it. We brought it back in for the employee to say it was a "defective part". We had to wait an additional three hours for it to be corrected. I will say the owner was responsive via phone calls and yelp but that is the only positive I found. The price point is low, but there are competitors in the area that charge similar rates, I would recommend looking into those.
