Used a tow dolley which turned out to have a faulty left light that went out on the highway. Returned the tow dolly and was charged extra for not returning the dolly to the original out of town location. Tried explaining I was not going to drive a dolly with a broken light on the highway. No reasoning with this idividual. Great way to treat a disabled veteran. I will also be contacting the BBB to lodge a complaint.

They immediately made room and got us in. After about 30 minutes, they were able to diagnose that it was the water pump.
