Sadly we trusted the previous worker because he was referred by our listing agent. So fast forward a few weeks and when this last person would not fix his work we posted a request for proposals on Yelp. Dale answered the call and showed up!!. We were so happy to find KP Flooring. They were very responsive! We contacted 4 companies, got 3 bids and Kevin won our business solely on the fact that he was very communicative. We called and text him several times just with questions and he ALWAYS responded in a timely manner. He explained everything to us so we could understand and didn't make us feel like idiots for asking any questions. The most important thing to know about KP Flooring Is that they show up when they say they will, they do fantastic work & they communicate absolutely everything with you. Every process every procedure, you never don't know what is going on or what stage the work has been completed in. He always kept us in the loop and never left us hanging not knowing what was going on. He even fixed a couple of areas with older tile that needed some TLC. if I could give them 10 stars I would. They deserve it because they work hard and don't try to cut any corners to save time. He is a perfectionist and is not happy until he knows everything is just right. That means a lot to me because I know nothing about tile. I had a particular problem finding new tile that would transition and look OK with old tile and he gave me a lot of recommendations which really helped me in the end. Pictures are below and we could not be happier with his work. We will have more tile work for him in the near future, and there is no hesitation whatsoever on who we will call for this.
