I made this very clear with the woman I spoke to when making our appointments that we would need TWO appointments. She even asked if it was ok if we tried dresses on simultaneously, which was fine. The day before our appointment I received a confirmation phone call and i asked if they had the appointment for two. She had no idea what I was talking about but said she would "pencil her in." We arrived for our appointments and we were greeted immediately. Torre was the stylist for both of us. She pointed out the aisle where the wedding dresses were, asked us a few questions, told us to check out the dresses and if we saw anything we liked, to pull them out. She went off to get us a few dresses based on the questions she asked us. We were led to dressing rooms and given 2 to 3 dresses a piece. The experience was just ok. I wasn't "wowed" at all. I think one stylist for two people was a bit overwhelming for her and I don't feel we both got the attention we deserved although Torre was great and did her best. We both ultimately found our dresses. I was a little disappointed that she didn't give us many veils to try on with our dresses. She put one on me at one point, but that was it. She may have been able to sell me a veil and/or other accessories but she just seemed "over it" but in a nice way--you know how a person tries to put on a happy face but you just get that "feeling" that they don't want to do this anymore? Yeah, that was us. I'm wondering if she was just overwhelmed with having to deal with two people. It would have been nice to have separate stylists and I think that would've made the experience better. This is my first wedding! Don't expect to be offered water/drinks--at least we weren't. This isn't that kind of place!!

Stopped into the mall to kill some time after arriving in the area. I usually hit up this area as I…read moream always on the lookout for some gauged earrings. They usually have a decent selection and most times a decent price. Entering this location was a bit of a headache. It wasn't congested in the store, but it was definitely a struggle to try and get to the back of the store. With the register in the middle of the store and narrow passages on each side, it made it a bit difficult to browse and then ultimately leave the store. I browsed the jewelry cases and found that it appears they are lacking on variety. The sale at the time was not all that great either. I continued to browse the rest of the store. They were having a pretty decent clearance sale going on. Something like 'buy one, get three free.' They also had a huge 'mystery bag' section ranging in price. I though about getting one or two, but passed. Getting out of the store was just as hard. I had to wait for a stoppage of people coming to the back of the store and browsing along the narrow aisles.

I was also asked by the same employee if I needed help finding anything while looking at the Pop's, a nice touch. Overall, most Hot Topics are good, and this one is no different. I came in to simply exchange a sweater for a different size, please remember that. I explained that I wanted to exchange the sweater and she said they were "over there" despite me looking and not finding the size I needed. So she walked me over and told me that there were none in the size and color that I wanted so after she took me out of line for something I already knew I had to wait in line again to return the sweater. Again, getting Deb I was greeted with attitude. After telling her I didn't want to sign up for a rewards card because I don't regularly shop there nor do I want the email notifications from them. She then asked for my phone number and email address "to return the sweater" so I told them to her then SHE TURNED THE KEY PAD YOU USE FOR PAYING AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND OPTED FOR EMAILS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!! After I literally told her to not sign me up! Then she handed me the store credit and my new rewards program card and with her same attitude told me to have a nice day. It's a shame that she does this, I'd assume there is financial incentive to sign people up but I'm literally not going to go there again so long as Deb is behind that counter. Just buy the stuff online, Deb might sign you up for an Eddie Bauer Credit Card without your permission if exist. Way less attitude from the computer too. Tragic and awful just like Deb's fashion sense.

The friendly staff is very helpful especially over the phone which in modern day is harder and harder to find, try getting a real person to help you at Amazon who is actually stationed in the US. Their product is worth the money and even better when you catch a sale. Love the friends reward program as well which helps you save. Standard shipping is only $6.99 which is another plus when you call in for an order.
