When I arrived, the staff at the front counter informed me that I needed to leave my small purse at the front, which was completely understandable. However, when I asked for help finding a specific color, I was simply told that it was "somewhere around the store" rather than being offered any assistance. I spent about 15 minutes looking through the racks on my own and found that many sizes were unavailable. During that time, the employees seemed more focused on their phones than helping customers. Eventually, I felt like I was inconveniencing them by asking questions, so I decided to leave and order my scrubs online instead. Overall, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and cliquish, and the customer service fell well below my expectations, without so much as being acknowledged by the 6 girls working the front desk when I left. I was looking forward to shopping here, but unfortunately, it was not a positive experience.

There are so many options of clothing and accessory items available, from luggage to work uniforms to dog clothes to undergarments. It seems they have large selections of various sizes for most items. The store is also well-organized, but may be tight to navigate some areas due to the large selection. There is also a fitting room. I don't believe returns are allowed, but they will exchange. I definitely would recommend Lee Warehouse especially if on a tight budget or don't care to spend much on work uniforms! Staff is always cordial and efficient.
