Brooklyn has always been that person who steps forward and I appreciate her smile, attitude, and that great voice on the phone calling to confirm your appointment. This was my first full body massage so I can't compare it to other places, but I had a splendid first experience here. My masseuse (Kris) was wonderful and all of the staff appear to be centrally focused on client care and comfort. More about Kris though, she was so laid back and kindly informed me of what to expect during the hour which made it a stress/worry free time. Highly recommend her! After the massage they help you gradually ease back into reality by providing you with water and a piece of chocolate while you lounge in a recliner. Not sure if this is typical or not but it was an unexpected bonus from my perspective! My only complaint was that the room wasn't totally sound proof. There were several times during my massage that I heard people outside of the room laughing or chatting and it just took away from the serenity of the experience. Expressions is the only hair salon I will go to! I cannot express how much I enjoy each visit. I typically only book hair appointments with Hayden, who is actually the sweetest, however I have had my hair cut by other staff and they all do a fabulous job! Hayden always takes the time to truly listen to how I want my hair cut and styled and she will go the extra length if I feel like I want something changed while she is cutting. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing and soothing. One of my favorite parts is the head massage while getting my hair washed and the wonderful products they use to style. First time at Expressions, love the atmosphere. The ladies at the front desk were amazing and started my visit off wonderfully by welcoming me, taking my coat and hanging it up for me then I was offered a beverage. I chose hot tea as it's a chilly rainy January afternoon. I was at the time of my appointment greeted by Angela, my stylist, very sweet, welcoming and interesting lady. We briefly discussed what I was wanting to achieve with my hair and I turned her loose. The shampoo room was relaxing, the scalp massage great. I love my hair! She did a wonderful job. I have rescheduled with her. I highly recommend Expressions and Angela. I usually have my hair done in Louisville and tried a local competitor here in Warsaw, I was not happy with the competitor but definitely love Expressions! read more

Expressions is a total find in a small town. Their stylists do a wonderful job. Even the sylists who have been there for a shorter time, really know how to do a great job with cut and color. I have never worried about how I was going to look when leaving here because it's always great!! They have a fantastic array of choices for the spa and every aesthetician is superb.
