The manager/ oversight is excellent with dealing with customer service , it's nice that Spanish is available to customer . I happened to find mostly everything I needed to finish my kitchen job. Ela was a huge help she was super kind & professional in helping finding me what I needed. It was very busy when I walked in & the line moved quickly so it's Aight. "It is what it is" as they say. Look its a building supply not a 5 star restaurant or anything so forget about the fake "customer service" you get from other places. Its manly. Walked in with a purchase order from my job and was handled quickly and professionally at the counter. The outside yard area is a bit different from the inside service. Its a different machine. I'd probably agree with the previous poster on how it is outside. I had to wait a while for a basic pickup and noticed others got taken care of much quicker. Oh well, not the end of the world. Hands down worst customer service I've experienced anywhere in the New York Metropolitan Area. I go to many different building supply stores but Extech is in a league of it's own. Every time I deal with them I get the impression that nobody there even wants to help you. Waited an hour for a bag of mortar not too long ago. read more

I was very impressed with the customer service. The associate helping us (I didn't catch his name) went above and beyond to be helpful and courteous.
