Just had to be another voice to show support for Brian L. and Exterior Concepts. In 2007 he built an amazing 2nd story 16x20 covered deck with a dry room below for me to use as a shed. His pricing was solid and he came through on a proposal that the other two companies couldn't even understand. Both his design and workmanship were so good that I actually told him that my only complaint was that his work made the rest of my house look bad (and it was a new home by Lennar!) I just looked him up to consider a project at my new home and saw a flaming bad review. Since that review was the exact opposite of the excellent results I experienced I just couldn't let it stand as the only review here. Do NOT use this contractor!! Warning! He is horrible he has no clue what he is doing but will act like he can fix anything. I was fooled by him and I don't wish this on anyone. He is a great talker and that's about it. He should not be in business and I should of realized this when I couldn't find any positive or negative reviews on his business. Please don't do what I did and hire him. . You will regret it! I made a huge mistake and I don't want this to happen to you. I had to hire another contractor to fix/redo his mistakes.
