The facility was easy to locate, very affordable, and clean. The manager was very flexible with me on my move in time. The rental process was extremely simple. The multiple way to pay rent, including a payment kiosk, makes payment easy and hassle free. I have enjoyed the overall move in experience. I would have given the facility 5 stars besides the fact that all of the facility lights did not operate at night which made part of my night move in a little difficult. Site manager rocks! He has a wonderful balance of professionalism and relatability to each person. His customer service is beyond commendable. My only regret is there is not any climate controlled storages which leaves me great concern for much of my belongings; however, SChoice had the least expensive rentals available during my search in the area.

ALSO, as I was moving out the General Manager (I think Santiago?) decided to drive over on his golf cart to ask me if I was going to pay. How rude. I started to say no I don't plan to pay but I truly don't operate that way. Mr. General Manager, you can't harass people about a payment...some will take offense to that. I would NEVER recommend this spot again for the reasons I listed here.
