Do not rent from this business. They will raise your rent multiple times a year. Personal experience.

I was told today, after wasting my time, and suffering the humiliation of having to explain I'm poor, that I'm disabled, that our country doesn't seem to feel I deserve to live at all, and that I only get a raise once a year. I was told they'd talk to the boss and call if they had any news. I was again encouraged to take a smaller unit, move entirely, or (this is new) sign it over "so it wouldn't count against me." Exploitation is spelled, "e x t r a s p a c e," and with the corruption ruling Fort Wayne I'll be allowed to be exploited again just like I have been several times already. Nobody cares about the law unless it is to harm a marginalized or poor person. Laws protecting us are ignored. I reminded them I can't afford to move, I can't afford to pay more, I can't bear to carve away even more (third or fourth time) of what I have left for daring to demand my landlord do his job. They can charge me the higher rate, keep everything, and enjoy spending the spoils on a cheap bottle of bubbly to celebrate their hand in my death. Their theft of what I have left is it for me. I can't afford to move. I can't afford to pay more than 166. And I don't have the fortitude to carve away more of what I have left. Let the greed rule without me. I want no part of it. Know these people, per the direct admission of their manager are exploiting lots of people and even though he doesn't like it, he does make a living at it. How many suicides are they responsible for? Do the celebrate each one? Do they give gold stars for the cruelest staff in their company? read more
