We were given two older guys, one guy looked to be almost 60, the other guy in his mid 50's. The older of the two moved extremely slow and hardly stepped a foot off the truck. Not to mention I had two guys helping them. It took them 2.5 hours to move a couch set, two TVs, two dressers, and a deep freezer. Mind you they mentioned already being tired from doing jobs in Memphis prior to servicing me. I felt like they were running the clock up on me. Fast forward, there is an accident on the road and the guys pull the truck over at a gas station. The older guy is looking under the hood of someone's car, talking to guys- just having a good ole time. The younger of the two was getting food and drinks. Clock is still ticking. I know we were at the gas station a good 15-20 mins. Zoom forward, the older guy tells us we should keep straight to avoid the accident. After 20 mins into the drive they call and ask do I know where I'm going. Um no sir, you suggested we go this way. Long story not short, it took us 2 hours for a 30 min trip. Ok boom, we have been communicating with someone over the phone who was taking our payment (Vlad). He tried to charge me 600 halfway into the trip. My bank alerted me and would not allow it to go through until I accepted it. This was earlier in the day after we had loaded the truck and was on the way to our destination. Ummm, sir, how is this 600.00? We aren't even finished yet (125/hr). He said he was guesstimating. Sir, please don't guesstimate with my funds. Especially when only one of your guys is working. That older guy could have really stayed at home. Meanwhile, he is slick over looking my frustration and is more concerned with getting my funds. I asked for the name and number to someone higher up so I can discuss what's going on. He failed to provide me with the information and insist someone is going to call me Monday. I doubt that. Meanwhile, we finally get to my new house & they refused to unpack my furniture until a sign a contract. Ummm, sir? You should have taking care of that prior to touching my things. This was the first time I was hearing anything about a contract. At this point I'm boiling with frustration, my service is going in and out and your harassing me about signing a contract on my phone when everything is almost done. Finally, the contract was able to successfully go through. So, we started this journey at 5:23( they were late for my 5:00pm appointment). It's 9:00pm, I leave to go down the street to get pizza. When I come back the movers are gone. So, it took 2.5 hours with 2 additional helpers, but only 30 mins to unload. What a load of crap. Just a scam to run the clock up. Once again I was told that grandpa was slow and didn't do much of the work when it came to unloading. Almost done, so when I come in the house, I noticed one of the dressers was broken. I know they had to have seen there damage. I called the number that the guy was calling me from, harassing me about the contract, and would you guess it- no one answered. I am the most positive and optimistic person you will ever meet. However, I can not in good conscience allow someone to spend this much money and get frustrated, ignored and disappointed. This is completely bad business practice and no one should have to go through this. They completely ruined what was suppose to be a good day. Follow up: A manager was suppose to call me back Monday morning. That never happened, I called and no answer. I called from another number and he answered (Vlad). When I asked to speak to a manager he told me he was the manager, where as on Saturday and Friday he told me someone would be in Monday morning. I also left a VM about my broken dresser and I have yet to get a reply on that. Vlad thought the sourish was funny and gave me the run around. I never was able to speak to anyone that could resolve this my issue. Truth is Vlad is the owner, there isn't a manager. I have moved all over and I have never received such poor service. I have recorded all conversations and the way this guy talks to me is in acceptable in a customer driven industry. Also, I was told there would be a 50 deposit but I was charged 75.00. So that's 675 total. Also they have had their accreditation revoked from the BBB for multiple complaints. Hold this I was told there was a money back guarantee. I want my money back, I now have to purchase a new dresser and I was not a satisfied customer nor was I helped.

The unprofessional, lazy workers didn't show until 10 am. I called the lady, who states she's the owner, to see if I would be able to get some of my money back to to the tardiness of the workers. She stated NO and stated that their time will start once they make it there. I informed this female that I only had my uhaul until 12. She proceeded to inform me that uhaul will not charge me if the truck is late. Once the workers followed me to the storage room they didn't know how to load my things, mind you I did NOT have very much to move. It took them an hour and a half to load one bedroom suit, a bunk bed, a tv stand, and other miscellaneous stuff. Once it was loaded it took the workers another two hours to unload this same bedroom suit and miscellaneous items. There was an issue with one of my televisions and I informed the workers not to worry about because I didn't feel like going back and forth with anyone. They called the "owner" anyway. She proceeded to come into my apartment and we spoke about the tv. She left stating she had to go to the doctor because she was pregnant. Once the job was finally complete, one of the workers(Shade) stayed that they needed a six digit code. Now it was not stated that the code was needed immediately it was stated to send the code to the owner's number. I went about my day; I returned the truck, went to the front office of my apartment complex and spoke with the manager, then came home to straighten everything out. I was in my apartment no more than FIVE MINUTES when there is a police like banging on my door. I am walking to the door and I hear a female voice yelling, "COME ON MS. HOLIFIELD WE KNOW YOU IN THERE, OPEN THE DOOR!" I open the door and it's the same female from earlier, the "owner" and she says, GIVE ME MY CODE. I'm looking like, oh she's playing. She was breathing hard and she said again, MAN, GIVE ME MY CODE. I was smiling like this has to be a joke. I look out the door and she has the two workers that moved my things earlier(no more than two hours previously). She screaming, talking about I called your daughter's phone and she said that wasn't your phone and all this hoopla. I was trying to tell her the situation, but she cut me off. Then the worker Shade said, "MAN, DON'T NOBODY WANT TO HEAR THA, GIVE HER THE CODE!" So, go through my phone because I just so happen to have screenshot the code from earlier. I give her the code and while she's entering the code in her phone she says, " I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR A MF(said the whole word) to be playing with my money. I'm still smiling because it's all funny to me. After she gets the code, she proceeds to screenshot the picture I had in my phone of the screenshot the code was on. I ATTEMPTED to inform her that it wasn't like what she was thinking and she stopped me in the beginning of speaking and said "DON'T NOBODY WANT TO HEAR SHIT!" After she's finished doing whatever it was she thought she was doing, she proceeds to walk off. Then she says, SHE BETTER HAVE GIVEN ME THAT CODE OR SHE WAS ABOUT TO GET HER ASS WHIPPED! I'm like smiling because she's very entertaining! So, she and her workers are walking down my steps and she's still talking about whooping my ass, lol. I informed her there would be no ass whooping here! She proceeded to be GHETTO, RACHET, UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT and whatever else word goes along with her actions. DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"!!!!!!!! They require a 30% deposit to schedule the move which they do…read morenot tell you that is for them to rent the truck. They called me at 11:00 p.m. the night before the move because the $700 paid upfront had not been deposited into their account, and they could not rent the truck for the move. They asked me to rent the Uhaul truck for them so I did due to needing this move to take place the following morning due to time restraints! They did not tell me the charges i was actually paying was for a past due balance these crooks never paid of over $800 dollars so I am not out on this move $1500 at this point which was going to be part of the final move cost. The day of the move they confirmed with me that they would be there by 10:00 to start the move. 10:00 comes around No movers....11:00 comes around no movers so i start to call and text these people "Hey where are you".... No response.....12:00 comes around still no mover......1:00 comes around still no movers that have $1500 of my money! I am calling, texting, emailing trying to figure out where they are. No communication back from them! I tell my team to go home it looks like we have been had. We all go home and i get a call around 4:00 or 5:00 saying "Hey we are here" so 6-7 hours late with no communication they finally arrive after everyone has left. I tell them to cancel the move and refund me my money that this was unacceptable! They then tell me the $700 deposit was non refundable so of course i lost it at that point! They started giving me a sob story about how they lost their phones blah blah blah blah...... They said they would refund the money well i have yet to see that money back from these crooks! I cancelled to card that i paid for the uhaul with to avoid additional charges since i had put everything in their name i had just paid for it. A month goes by and i see another charge from uhaul on my card for almost $400. I called Uhaul and this was the amount that was put on hold for the rental fee and there was still another $2100 liable for the account due to the uhaul not being returned! These crooks never returned the uhaul, and the police found it abandoned. So now i am out $1900 on this move plus the cost i had to pay other movers to do the job these low lifes decided to screw me on. I cannot say this enough "DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY" if you can even call them that! They should be in jail for the money they stole and the time that was wasted. Do the job you quoted which they undercut everyone else in the market i am guessing to scam people out of their money.
