There is a menu of services out on the sidewalk, in Italian. The receptionist buzzed me in and she was able to get me in for a same day appointment. Yea. She speaks English better than she thinks, and with my Italian we did OK. The main floor is mani, pedi and hair. The massage rooms and bathroom are up one flight. There is a downstairs too. Waxing maybe? Need to check out their other services. The massage room is small but adequate. Candles and soft rock set the mood. In Italy the client is given a disposable 'slip'. This is a paper thong that customers must wear. A towel was draped over the table and another laid on top, tied in a pretty red bow, to drape over your body. My masseuse really knows her stuff. She followed what my muscles were telling her was needed and I feel like a new woman! The lotion seemed to get hot when she used fast strokes, heating up the muscles. It's been a long time since I've had a massage and she did a great job considering the mess of knots she was presented with. I have been to a few places in Italy for a massage and these Italian ladies are doing a good job. If you are in need of some pampering while in Milan, I can recommend the massage here.

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our experience. While everything looks incredible on camera and in-person, the actually facilities could be better. We went on a weekend and it was packed. I understand that it could be busy on weekend, but this felt like next level. There was pushing and shoving both from the guests in the locker room and the staff. I felt bad for the overworked cleaning staff. I didn't like them pushing me from my locker. The lines were also very long in the locker room. We were hoping it was just a hiccup in the lockers, but all the facilites felt like this. The seats were left soggy and wet. They were packed and sorta loud. It felt more like a public pool than a spa. I think if I went in with the mindset that it had a public pool/gym feeling and very packed pretty spaces I would've liked it more. We booked three hour entry and left within the first hour. They also were out of water. It was still very beautiful, we just had a bad experience.

Was visiting Milan for my birthday and wanted to get my hair cut before my big night out on the…read moretown. I've been getting my harp cut by the same person for years so going to someone new just seemed scary. I was recommended to Aldo Coppola by a local in town. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and taken to my chair. I then had someone ask me what I was looking for and describe the style I was looking for. I then had my hair shampooed and conditioned by another person who did a really nice deep scrub on my scalp. It felt amazing. I then went back to my chair and got my hair cut and styled to my liking. Manuel was my stylist and he did an amazing job cutting it to my request and styling it great! I felt awesome when I left and would definitely visit this place again.
