We had them back out a few weeks ago to give us an estimate to enclose a side courtyard. Jay came out the next day, took measurements, and gave us a quote. He said that due to the width of the opening and us wanting a sliding glass door, he would have to frame the opening to accommodate the sliding glass door. He provided us with several options and we picked the best one that suited us. Jay immediately started framing and when the glass pieces came in, he and his crew came out and finished the framing and installation. I had Menifee Valley / Banning Glass replace 8?windows in October of 2020 and are refusing to…read morereplace one of them that is defective and has a stress crack down the center of the entire window. The window cracked in August 2021 and it took 4 phone calls to even get them to come out and look at it. The men that came and took measurements and photos agreed it was a defect and said they would have the owner, Dean get back to me about having it replaced. The window manufacturer, Milgard has a lifetime warranty against defects. Unfortunately Menifee / Banning glass has not made any attempt to replace the window and has not returned any of the 8 messages I have left for them over the last three weeks. They claim on their website to be a mom and pop business that has offered expert service for over 15 years. If this is what they consider expert service, then they should find another line of business. They are eager to get your money but after that you are on your own. I would never recommend using this company to anyone. Very disappointed with their lack of service after we spent a lot of money with them. I'd give 0 stars to this company.

I immediately reached out with photos and proof, expecting a simple replacement or repair. Instead, I was met with excuses, denial, and some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They refused to take responsibility for a product that was clearly defective from the beginning. Instead of helping me, they tried to blame the damage on anything except their own poor quality control. Weeks later, I still have a damaged product and absolutely no support from the company, they actually told me they were not going to help me. A reputable business stands behind what they sell -- this one doesn't. They take your money, and when something arrives broken, they leave you to deal with it alone. I will never buy from them again, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company look elsewhere. Terrible experience from start to finish.
