I told him I didn't care what it cost was just glad to have found an availability. Well day of prom an old Lincoln Town car showed up at my door. I wasn't worried at 1st because I knew it was a mistake that could be corrected. When I called Frank he was rude and nasty and told me I got what I ordered. I reminded him I requested a limo from a limousine service; not a 2005 town car sedan. He told me I didn't have but 2 people and that was all I needed. I said it wasn't up to you to decide what i needed. I asked for a limousine and you sent an old car. He told me i could send the car back and he was still going to charge my credit card. After about 15 minutes of arguing back and forth he took $100 off a $500 bill and I was stuck with the old car. I DO NOT recommend their services to anyone!

Called back 1 week later and canceled was told they were out of town and as soon as they got back they would refund, the wife says we can mail them a check from here. Okay good thanks. He tells him I'm not giving you the refund, my husband says you said when I talked to you weeks ago you was going to send the refund, he replied yeah I'm not. My husband states they have no cancellation policy on their site, he says well you didn't ask me when you reserved. He said I called you to cancel a week later and you stated you would refund. We gave you a month notice to cancel. He says yeah I'm not refunding. So he screwed us out of 312$.... NOT very professional or courteous if you ask me.
