I weighed 200lbs when I made up my mind I was going to do something about it. I started this extreme weight loss program 3/30/2022 weighing 198lbs. My goal weight to get to was 170lbs. I followed a set of different menus every two days, food that I generally eat anyway and drinking mandatory amount of water everyday. Getting B6 and B12 supplements twice a week. AND NO YOU ARE NOT STARVING YOURSELF. You are simply eating a certain amount for breakfast, lunch and dinner with selected snacks in between meals. I was losing 2-3 lbs a week. It was slow pace but progress was being made and I felt good. Fast forward to 6/30/2022 I was down to 168lbs!!!! A week later 165lbs!!! Now Im at the stage where they are introducing carbs back into my diet. Today is 8/2/2022 and I am maintaining at 162lbs. This program really works if you do the work. Once I start losing weight my mind went into I can do this mode. I did absolutely NO EXERCISE to lose my weight!!! I didn't go into a gym at all!! I only did what this program required me to do. I am very proud of myself. I am now fitting in clothes that I was about to give away. I went from size 12-14 clothes to 7-8 clothes. These ladies at this center really work with you and encourage you to stay on track. They answered ALL my many questions so I could understand the process. I recommend this weight loss center.
