I have already been charged $100 and it has been 4 days with no response or track. I missed my deadline and had to pay for another studio to master my track. Meanwhile, Mercury Mastering still has my money and has yet to acknowledge my existence. If you don't want to get scammed, don't use Mercury Mastering.

It blew me away and was significantly better than regular mastering that i received in the past. The customer service was also really good--it was easy to communicate by email and i got my song back in a timely fashion. Mercury definitely checks both of those boxes.
