This is such a nice gas station! They had the biggest variety of fruit snacks I've ever seen, a huge drink selection with lots of hard to find sodas, and even fresh fruit and frozen pizzas. The gentleman working there was so friendly. read more

Exiting from the station was equally easy & safe. We grabbed some water at a good price and some crunchy snacks to keep us awake. There were some local-ish options available, which is nice to see as the small businesses can use the support. HOWEVER, you kept the most important part of any car wash. Simonson's has a HUMAN spraying bug/tar remover on the vehicle, then uses a pressure washer to COMPLETELY PRE-WASH the entire car before it enters the automated car wash. The extra time to pre-wash each car takes only 45 seconds, and is 100% the reason I dropped my membership at Tommy's. The pre-wash by a real person means all the removable dust, dirt and bugs are washed away and don't get stuck in the rotating mops and scratch the hell out of the poor soul's car next in line. A simple rinse won't do, you need a brain and eyes and a pressure washer to clean all bugs and loose dirt from the vehicle. I loved the convenience of Tommy's carwash, but now my car is covered with micro-scratches all over from the dirty mops. You can't get away from all scratches in a "touch style" carwash, but having a pre wash attendant is how to do it, and what makes Simonson's carwash truly the next best to doing it in my driveway (which I can't do in winter!) The extra 45 seconds is well worth it. My cars paint thanks you!! The first set of rotating mops in the wash always look bright and obviously clean, not dark and full of dirt like the aforementioned competition. Only thing missing is a floor mat cleaning station and vacuums. Tommy's has that advantage. But I prefer saving my cars 3-stage paint! Thank you Simonson's, I know it's hard to pay an attendant to pre-wash, but it is 75% the reason my monthly subscription is yours and justifies the expense of your washes.

I'm located on the east coast, more than 1500 miles away, and needed to have this done in time for me to fly out to pick it up. Doug went above and beyond in rearranging his schedule to make this happen, and was always a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. The price quoted was absolutely fair for the amount of labour that was involved in performing a full evaluation of the Jeep. Fortunately there were no serious red flags with the vehicle, which allowed the sale to proceed but he did find a few issues that the dealer will address before I pick it up. A big thanks to Doug and his wife. When I pick the Jeep up I will stop down to personally thank him and shake his hand for going out of his way. While there are many honest and skilled mechanics out there, one that offers excellent customer service and goes above and beyond in a pinch is a gem to find, and Northland Performance is definitely a gem.

Got it back,drove halfway home and the power steering quit working. Took it back to them and they said they forgot to tell me to bleed the system. Bleeding the system is part of the process. It shouldn't be my problem. Clowns. Got it back again and had the same problem again. Took it back again. Hopefully it's fixed this time. Clowns. 6 months and 4500 miles later I take my truck in to find out my NEW rack and pinion is shot. Likely due to negligence at the time of installation. Called good ol Northland and Derek said he would warranty the part but not the labor. Asked why not and was told he wouldn't honor the labor cause I gave him a bad review 6 months earlier. Wow,What a waste of time and money this experience was. Not recommended. Clowns
