I have had several surgeries in both eyes over those years, (trabeculectomies in both eyes) at this clinic. Doctors here are not averse to referrals to other ophthalmologists when circumstances dictate a need beyond their capacities or for the financial benefit of the patient. The bifocal part didn't seem right but I had several other medical appointments and limited mobility. I went to my Eye Doctor and he confirmed that the reading part was 2.25 instead of 2.50. I figured it was past the 30 days but if they were wrong they were wrong. The manager checked them and agreed. Then he changed his mind and gave us a story about formulas used and they were right. He got snotty and condescending. After my husband and he got into an argument and then he said he will order them but they will be the same. I know other people who have had trouble with his attitude. Not a good way to keep business.
