Told her I want to refresh the cut and get perm. Showed them the pics of me with perm and how I want it. This is the result (see pics): Ruined hair with rectangular shape with weird perm that is not there in some places but left my hair completely damaged. Paid $300 for this Had to cut my all hair short after they chopped most of its length and damaged it. On top of that they are taking multiple people at the same time. I had to wait 40 mins for them to start working on my hair despite the booking and they were constantly distracted and running among 3-4 different clients. Calling everyone a queen and bunch of other (unprofessional) compliments to cover up for their lack of skill. Go read their reviews on Yelp from 3 years ago as well. Apparently they haven't learned anything in 3 years. Horrible experience.

She asked what kind of look I would like and since this was my first time doing something like this, I told her I trusted her and would leave it up to her, as this is her field. I shared the colors I was wearing to help with coordinating the eye shadow colors. The end result clearly showed she is skilled in her profession and I was very satisfied with my makeup. Not only did Lolly work me in to fix them for me, when I arrived into town, but she would not even let me pay her. She genuinely cared that as mother of the bride, I was embarrassed to attend the wedding with my lashes the way they were. She came to my rescue! Such kindness and generosity is a rare thing to find.
