Then had to keep coming back because my prescription was wrong and had to have my glasses remade. Then they only remade one eye so I had to go back for the other. Then they called and told me I could come pick up my trial contacts at any time and I asked if I needed an appointment to do that, they said no. I got there and they told me I had to see the doctor before I could take the trials home and had to set an appointment because he was busy.
