Wow oh wow so happy I found this place. I happened to have the worse day at a nail shop a few doors down and keram MADE MY DAY!! She is fast and amazing. They are COVID-19 SAFE. They are clean and scan you at the door. She also offers a membership for an amazing price. They are soft spoken you g ladies but are the nicest. She is very general when she threds. Does not hurt at all. I will be back. Just moved to the area and found my eyebrow tech!! So happy. Must visit and support their business during this COVID-19. Pam, my eyebrows miss you. i don't like quarantine. i look like a caveman. but anyway, Pam always does an amazing job on my eyebrows, i go in and if i don't see her i automatically ask for her. if she isn't there i go visit another time unless i really want them done. but i really suggest Pam. i'm not sure what it is but when she does my brows it's not painful like my past experiences with other brow ladies in my area. she threads with breeze. i'm in and out within 15 mins and i love the results each time. 3 stars since some of the girls here do very well but some always leave me with uneven eyebrows. I really like Pam l've also come 4 times at 10am and I wait but the door is locked and no one is there. I always wait a good few minutes and try knocking but no one comes. HENNA CLIENTS!!! If i could give this place no stars, i would! Why advertise a service they are unwilling to do. I waited for a henna for over an hour only for her to tell me she had "CUSTOMERS" and she refused to waste her time on a henna. I usually go here whenever I need my eyebrows done. When I went today the lady messed up my eyebrows so bad. Because of the virus they're doing eyebrows outside, but allowing people to wait INSIDE.. which doesn't make sense to me. Why not just allow one customer inside at a time? But anyways, my eyebrows were not even at all, she made one eyebrow very thin and patchy looking. It was terrible. I had to get them fixed immediately after by someone else because they looked that bad (they still don't look GREAT because I would have to make them VERY thin to fix the patchiness and I don't want thin eyebr. If it wasn't so hot and me being very pregnant I probably would have went crazy but I just paid, left and will never be back here. I CANT REPLY TO OWNERS RESPONSE but you should definitely check cameras if there is any. There was someone waiting inside to get their eyebrows done and I also waited inside to pay. Walked in for a full face service and was seated right away. She shaped exactly as I would have hoped. The job was overall satisfying, but minus one star since I did notice a small cut (probably more like a scratch). She was kind enough to show me how to fill my brows for free which was really nice! I will never in my life go here again , I came in 7/27 at around 7pm to get a threading done and I ALWAYS come here to get a threading done and have never had issue , the woman who did my eyebrows literally asked me "what do you speak Spanish you not understand English?" All because my hand slipped off of my eyebrow during the thread because it's so hot , she said to keep it there but it my fingertip slipped . Yes I do look Spanish but no I do not speak Spanish . used to be my go-to place since high school but today was probably the last for me. i didn't get her name but the lady in the red shirt on 2/26/23 did my brows. they came out half the thickness they usually were and they're super uneven-- this is the thinnest i've ever seen them. she didn't even wipe it with aloe vera or anything after so my brows were just aching afterwards. super disappointed and in disbelief at how thin my brows are now. read more

Pam is AMAZING, this was the first place I've ever gone to get my eyebrows threaded and I will only be going here! Pam was so fast and she did an amazing job! It wasn't painful at all, and barely red afterwards. I've gone twice now and I feel like they look better the more I come if it's possible. I normally go to Indian Threads Beauty Shop on Hammer, but unfortunately they close on Mondays. Being in a dire need to get my eyebrows threaded before I head on vacation tomorrow, I looked up on Yelp other places in to get my eyebrows threaded. Found this place and decided to give it a try. The place itself was very clean. I had walked in and she had started doing someone's eyebrows, so she told me I would have to wait 5 minutes. And five minutes was all she took! When it was my turn, she was quick with my eyebrows, but cleaned them up nicely. Brows and upper lip came to $12, five dollars cheaper than my previous threading place. Definitely will be coming here again in the future! read more

I've been coming to this business for a couple of years now and I loved the way that the girls here would always follow my natural eyebrow shape. However, this Monday I went in and was quickly seated by a woman I haven't seen there before. I thought I would give her a chance since Pam was busy with another client. This lady messed up the evenness of my eyebrows and thinned one out.. she also missed hair on the side. I'm beyond upset with the way my eyebrows turned out.. now I just have to let them grow in. Two weeks I came here.. Pam did a great job on my brows. So I decided to buy a membership and came back yesterday 08/23/2016... Pam was busy with another customer so the other lady who was there did my brows... Biggest mistake. I should have waited for Pam. My eye brows came out uneven, took the lady so much longer to thread my brows and she spent a lot of time using scissors clipping. My brows does not grow that fast nor does it it needed to be clipped so much. Afterall... I walked out with uneven brows, a cut on my left eye lid, and thinner brows. So not what I wanted. I'll give this place a few more tries, but I'll be requesting for Pam only for now on. read more

I just read a review by Lola and it's a bit hard to believe! I'm a client with them and have gone to this location since they have opened. I have never had any issues with sanitation. I feel this is one of the cleanest threading salons, I have personally seen them wipe down chairs and so forth before attending the next client/customer and not to mention the most affordable. Also speaking on your pandemic reply as they shouldn't be open trust me if they shouldn't be open they wouldn't be out in the open they would hide indoors and conduct business. read more

I've been in Stockton over 5 years and had to many bad experiences with getting my eyebrows done. To many times I had to start over with growth. Well I'm tired of going to the bay area for service. A friend of mine told me about a place at the mall but kinda expensive $22 for threadung. So I came to Yelp to search once again a place close to home. Even though this place only had 4 reviews, thaey all were 5 stars so I gave it a chance. To make a long story short. Pam promise that I would love my first threading. She was right it came out perfect. When she said $8 bucks I was shocked because I was informed the going rate was $22. Then she said for $7 more I could get unlimited for a month. Glad my friend recommended this place ! I'm so in love with my eyebrows right now ... my eyebrows needed love lol they did an awesome job. The lady was super fast and eyebrows came out really good ! I even did the 1 month member for $20 .. can't go wrong with the price . it would of been $9 for one time or go as many times I want for a month. Me and my girlfriend went to get our eyebrows done and right when we went in we weren't even greeted. She sat us down didn't even clean her eyebrows first she just went right to it. Me and my girlfriend have go on our eyebrows done before many times threaded specifically and this time hurt way worse than before. She made one of my eyebrows way thinner than the other one and my girlfriends eyebrows are definitely uneven also didn't even clean off all the hairs off our faces. This is a great place to get maintenance for your eyebrows! The price is also great. I usually got my eyebrows threaded at the mall but I decided to try this place out. I'm very glad I did because the woman who took care of me did a great job. I'm used to pain from threading but she got it done so fast it was less painful than usual. Despite the somewhat scary area, I recommend this place for other people because the service and price are worth it. I have been coming to this place for over two years. I love the ladies that work there. They are quick and always so nice. The membership prices are super reasonable and if you are hairy like me, you need to go at least 3 times a week so it is better to go with the membership. They have specials too on Sunday-Tuesday for whole face threading. I bought the brow dip product and it has lasted me for over two years and its super nice to put on. read more

Came to get my eyebrows done here for the first time. I'm fairly confident the woman who did mine was not Pam. After threading for 2 minutes, she shows me the mirror and she absolutely did not clean up, shape or define any aspect of my eyebrow. I asked her to politely shape my eyebrow and even showed her a photo of how my eyebrow shape usually is after having them threaded. She shaped the bottom portion a little more and did not touch the top. I noticed multiple stray hairs on the top and asked her to take them out and she said that will thin the eyebrow and sounded annoyed that I mentioned the stray hairs . There were about 5 other people waiting in line, so I understand her wanting to move quickly. However, she clearly does not care about the results of her work. Her primary goal was getting people in and out of the chair as fast as possible (spending maximum 2 minutes with each client) without paying any attention to properly thread and shape eyebrows. Ive been getting my eyebrows threaded for the past 15 years at various places through multiple moves and this was the worst experience I've ever had. read more
