I have mixed feelings about this business. My first visit was yesterday 6/16/25. The woman that threaded my eyebrows was really nice and I did not experience any pain during the threading. I was thinking since it was not painful that I would come back. When I got home later that night I felt really bad pain in the area when I touched and when I looked closely my skin was nicked/ cut in many areas. It's very painful. My usual eyebrow spot was closed so I went to this place. Uneven threading and I was BLEEDING on both eyelids after threading!! Additionally there were still leftover small hairs above and below the brows, and on the ends. I asked to remove the leftovers but it was not satisfactory. Came in randomly on a Monday. There were a couple people ahead of me and the tech finished them quickly, so I really appreciated not having to wait too long. I was really nervous since I'm very particular about my eyebrows. Laxmi is AMAZING. She made my brows look the best they ever have. She also did my lip, and I was shocked because neither services hurt at all! Also, she's so sweet and I felt super comfortable with her. The first time I went there it was great. The second time, I'm not happy! She made my eyebrows so uneven to the point that I want cry. The first time I went my eyebrows were perfect, now they are uneven and look like I did it myself. I'm so upset. I Came on a Sunday morning and got service from Lada (Asian female) for eyebrow and upper lip. 8$ for eyebrow, 6$ for upper lip which is not what they have listed on the banner! Asked her multiple times to clean the side of the eyebrow and still didn't get the job done; made the corner of my mouth bleed which she didn't say a word till I looked in the mirror!!!!!
