Laxmi always takes good care of my eyebrows. I trust her doing a great job! If you need to get your brows done let Laxmi do them. She is only there Monday's and Tuesday's.

Worst customer service every. Laxmi! She is amazing, she has been doing my friend & I eyebrows and we LOVE them! She has them on fleek everytime. This is easily one of the best places I have been where I have zero complaints and leave with confidence. She does such an amazing job and is super sweet. She is only there Monday's and Tuesday before 5:30 pm so make sure to catch her then! Thank you Laxmi for your amazing work! Definitely recommend.

To start it all look at the picture of my eyebrows. She only hade to trim then they hade both enough hair to make them equal. She made me wait 5min no big deal I could wait then she was so in a hurry. That when I got up, I seen my eyebrows I was so upset. This place was recommended by there own family member. This happened today by the way. I have a party in 2 weeks now I have to paint them to make them look full. First and last time I go there.

I have mixed feelings about this business. My first visit was yesterday 6/16/25. The woman that threaded my eyebrows was really nice and I did not experience any pain during the threading. I was thinking since it was not painful that I would come back. When I got home later that night I felt really bad pain in the area when I touched and when I looked closely my skin was nicked/ cut in many areas. It's very painful. Sadly I will not be going back. read more

My usual eyebrow spot was closed so I went to this place. Uneven threading and I was BLEEDING on both eyelids after threading!! Additionally there were still leftover small hairs above and below the brows, and on the ends. I asked to remove the leftovers but it was not satisfactory. Came in randomly on a Monday. There were a couple people ahead of me and the tech finished them quickly, so I really appreciated not having to wait too long. I was really nervous since I'm very particular about my eyebrows. Laxmi is AMAZING. She made my brows look the best they ever have. She also did my lip, and I was shocked because neither services hurt at all! Also, she's so sweet and I felt super comfortable with her. I also appreciate that she didn't use the mouth method to control the thread. Super professional. I'll definitely be back for henna... and they also do nails! I'm so glad I found this hidden gem. The first time I went there it was great. The second time, I'm not happy! She made my eyebrows so uneven to the point that I want cry. The first time I went my eyebrows were perfect, now they are uneven and look like I did it myself. I'm so upset. I don't know if it was two different people but I will be sure to not return to this place. Consistency is not a thing here. Update: My eyebrows are now very uneven at the beginning and super thin on the ends. I've decided to change it to one star with this ending result. I am very unhappy. read more

This place is hidden right next to citi bank at the San Pablo plaza. Not sure if the address listed is wrong but your navigation will direct you to the mall across the street. I Came on a Sunday morning and got service from Lada (Asian female) for eyebrow and upper lip. 8$ for eyebrow, 6$ for upper lip which is not what they have listed on the banner! Asked her multiple times to clean the side of the eyebrow and still didn't get the job done; made the corner of my mouth bleed which she didn't say a word till I looked in the mirror!!!!! I still tipped her but this would definitely be the last place for me to get my eyebrows threaded! read more

I'm extremely pissed and upset. I took MONTHS to grow my eyebrows to be what I wanted. I decided right before a weekend event I'd go near by my house to get my eyebrows threaded. WHAT A DAMN NEAR MISTAKE! They are THIN, almost sharpie pen kinda thin. I am livid! I said a "clean up" not give me a pair of new eyebrows. I am literally so upset! Do NOT I repeat... The new lady works there I never seen her before .. on Wednesday I got my eyebrows done and one eyebrow was long and the other one short .. and she just took 2 mins hardly to do my eyebrows.. like no effort and didn't even clean well and now whatever she used for my eyebrows I am left with dry skin a reaction .. I am never going to that place .. please see your employee how well do they do their job .. she didn't know nothing ! Very upset. read more

Pricing is comparable to most places in the area. Parking is a lot shared with other stores and a grocery store so it's usually easy to find parking. I absolutely LOVE coming here for my eyebrows! I've beef coming to this particular eyebrow threading place for about a year now, and I still feel as if the great service as well as the efficiency. When I go, I always look or ask for Laxmi, i love her! She ALWAYS does my eyebrows perfectly never to thin or anything, just perfect, and I in often times get complimented on my eyebrows because of here :) she's also a sweet heart, and is very sociable. I come every two weeks and she has never disappointed me! I love this place - they are experts in the art of threading. I have been a customer of the owner for about 7 years-even before she decided to open up her own threading salon. She just opened up her own business in San Pablo and has partnered with another woman who knows her stuff. Both partners are solid in their profession. They are friendly and professional. I recently had a terrible experience. I went in for a full-face threading. The person who did it did a terrible job. On the one hand, there were whole stretches of hair that she never touched, I still have scabs in 15 places on my face (5 days later) where she broke the skin, and I was actually sore for 48 hours. I'm NEVER going back. read more

I have always gone to this shop for my eyebrows because all the workers so nice and their work is amazing. I would normally get mine done by Laxmi but she hasn't been back since she had her baby but SHE'S FINALLY BACK!! But really any worker here does eyebrows perfectly and will create exactly what you ask them to. read more
