I've gone to many other places, but Dr Todd was the only one that got me the perfect contact lenses match. I've mentioned the discomfits I've had with other brand to other optometrist locations with no avail to having the right fit of contacts so I've had to wear glasses most of my life. One day I decided to switch over to Shettle vision with recommendation from my sister. My first visit I told doc what discomforts I've had with contacts and would like to have contact so can do activities without the worries of my glasses flying off my face. Doc Todd suggested a brand I try out. Let me tell you, it only took one visit for me to get the right contacts without any discomfort. This is why I've been going to Shettle Vision for years. Why wouldn't you call the patients scheduled and explain the situation? People take time off work. It's just a bit disrespectful of people's time and effort. I was contacted by the office after this review. Appreciate that and the explanation of the unfortunate timeline of events. I have bumped this up a star (ok) but overall my experience was still what it was. I explained that this is an experience of over 10+yrs of my wife and I as patients.
