With the gaze of the entire staff upon me, I was very rudely informed I could shop for frames by appointment only. I would need to make an appointment (even tho the sign on the door clearly stated appointments were preferred...not required.) There are three things wrong with this picture. 1. Obviously, the scolding tone of the woman. Ouch. Nobody wants to be scolded. 2. Why would you schedule a staff meeting in your show room during business hours? It doesn't seem like a very customer friendly thing to do. 3. The sign on the door should match the verbal policy you are communicating with your customers. My other recommendation would be that during their next all staff meeting they address customer service practices.

My family and I have been going here for a few years, and my appointments always start on-time and everyone is so nice from the front desk, hygienist, and Dr. Seeley. The office is super clean and the staff seem to really enjoy their job (that is always important to me, as I have visited other dentists where I feel i'm a big inconvenience to everyone.) Prior to Dr Mack, we both had high anxiety when having to see a dentist due to horrible dental experiences when we were growing up. Now a visit to the dentist office is no big deal. Dr Mack comes up with a dental plan for you and lets you know what to expect financially also. As you go through each procedure, he explains to you what's going on and lets you know that you can stop the procedure and take a little break at any time if you're uncomfortable. It's embarrassing to admit, but I've actually nodded off during a few procedures. Coming from someone who's always had high anxiety from seeing a dentist, that should make you realize how comfortable Dr Mack makes everyone feel. Prior to seeing him, we hadn't been to a dentist for a few years. Not once did Dr Mack pass judgment on us or talk down to us for not taking care of our dental health for that amount of time. I had inpatient chemotherapy every other week from July 16th to September 2024. I would be hospitalized for 4 to 5 days every other week. In October 2024 I had a Bone Marrow Transplant and was hospitalized for 3 weeks. I had the best care I've ever had in my life. A huge shout out to Dr. Maliske and his nursing staff and the Bone Marrow Transplant care team. Also, a huge shout out to the 7th floor staff the nurses, CNA's housekeepers and the most amazing Medical Secretary. They truly are the most compassionate team ever. Diane in particular has gone out of her way to give special care and has kept me informed of options and what is happening so I can also assist if Mom needs some clarification.
