Lack of knowledge and lack of product is of concern; on most recent visit today I needed a lead…read morewire assembly for my 15 gallon sprayer but was not in stock; I observed many other commonly used parts were also out of stock for same/similar sprayer. Clerk did her best but simply did not know the part she would have sold me was not the correct part. She then advised it would be best for me to call FIMCO and gave me their 1800#. I returned home and called FIMCO who advised me this route was much more expensive. He also advised the store should know that the store was to call FIMCO and order directly which would save me at least $20. This approach was not offered. FIMCO advised I was to return to TSC and give the supplied part number and have them order the part. The person who helped me was serving the desk called "Customer Service - The Know How Place".

Total waste of time and effort , unprofessional service , what's the point of having an appointment…read moreif they can't see you at that time , I show up 15 minutes early for an appointment all the new patient info all filled out before I arrived and I'm still sitting in the waiting room when the receptionist then starts to put my info into their system , it's now 1:25 pm , and I'm still waiting to see the Dr for an eye exam , now the worst part of all of this is they will give me an eye exam cause my insurance covers that , but I can't get eye glasses from them cause my insurance don't cover that part of the exam , so what's the point in the first place to do any business with this company , oh and just so you can see my issue here , Ronda and I was the only patients in the office , so why is it they can't see us at the appointed time , and why is it they can give me an exam but won't give me the glasses I need , seems like fraud to me , could be wrong but I'm sure there is some kind of scam going on here at this business , I'll be going to Walmart for my exam , not sure what to do about getting glasses cause Walmart don't take my insurance for glasses either , but at least when you show up there they see you right there and then no waiting a half hour or more to get the exam , bottom line is this company don't care about your time or effort or the respect of your decision to pick them over another eye clinic , not a very nice company to do business with in my opinion , and this company is in Glennville Ga ,
