My clothes are always perfectly pressed, hung, and bagged. They take the time to ensure that those pesky numbered tags aren't stapled to my actual clothes; rather, they make sure to staple it through a loop, hole, etc. This makes me happy -- what can I say? It's the little things. :-) Brian Village is the *only* place I trust to alter or hem my clothes, as well. She measures me in store and always does an amazing job on my hems. She's even repaired a torn dress for me without me asking *and* for free. They even gave me a gratis lint roller for Christmas! I mean, what more could you ask for in a dry cleaner? I've been wearing my jacket for around 1.5 years without any problems and no fur shedding. After getting it dry cleaned and wearing it, I noticed excessive shedding. Every time I wore my black blazer or a dark coloured sweater, you can see A LOT of fur because of their dry cleaning techniques that ruined my Canada Goose :(
