Then they show up hours later and wanted to charge $100 to use his riding mower to mow, just mow my yard becuz it was too high. That's taking advantage of the fact I needed it becuz the house is on the market and having pics taken tomorrow. HE KNEW THIS TOO. I've been charged $50 for the same length in grass at the beginning of spring. Totally taking advantage of ppl while he lays up; sorry didn't sound like he had covid along with his whole crew. The crew doesn't even speak english; good thing I know Spanish. Didn't let them stay long enough to see if they were any good, like at weed eating etc, that price was just to mow. Don't use this company, he will not return your texts after you've texted to see if he's even coming, charges are extremely too much for not even 10mins of work, with a big zero turn that wont' even use a gallon of gas. Taking advantage of ppl isn't right. Not trustworthy or timely for that matter.

I was told the cleanup could not be completed because of rain, yet the company still came out and mowed the lawn on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the lawn had been mowed twice, which led to confusion regarding billing. I paid the first invoice, but I did not realize a second invoice had been generated until later. The biggest issue was communication. Updates were either very limited or non-existent, making it difficult to know what services were being performed, when they were being performed, or why scheduled work was being canceled. Clear and timely communication could have prevented much of the confusion and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for customers who expect reliable scheduling and consistent communication.
