I am writing this review for James from Excellent Pool Service because he came to my home to fix someone else's crappy work and install a new pump that I had purchased from another pool service guy back in September. The other guy ghosted me and never installed it. Even though James doesn't service my area, he came to my home as a favor to help make things right with my pool equipment. I'm so happy James agreed to come by. James worked fast, efficiently, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. He installed the new pool pump, fixed the previous piping, and even painted everything so it looked nice. His fees were reasonable, he explained everything to me, and since he doesn't service my area he provided a recommendation for someone he trusts that can provide regular service and future repairs. I cannot thank James enough for his extensive knowledge and professional service. I feel relieved that I finally got an installation/repair worthy of a positive review. I highly recommend James at Excellent Pool Service to anyone who needs repairs. My pool pump area looks so much better because it was repaired by a true professional who actually cares about his work, his reputation, and the reputation of the pool industry as a whole.
