Johnathan let me know later in the day that the mechanic found metal pieces in the transmission pan and advised I was still under factory warranty until 60k miles. The service team went back and forth with Chrysler who I am sure did not want to cover the repair under warranty but after a week of reports and photos, they got Chrysler to cover a replacement transmission under warranty. My truck was returned to me fixed, detailed inside and out and was given a loaner car to use while this was all going on. Excellent service and I will be a customer as long as I live in Del Rio.

Was given dirty looks and talking amongst themselves when I wanted to watch my car being worked on. Most places have windows into the service bay where you can watch. THE BIGGEST ISSUE: After my oil change was done and I received the car I noticed a few things. When my car went on it's "test drive" after the oil change, I realized my car had been driven in a spirited manner. My drive mode had been changed to sport, my gauges were set to track, my oil was above "test drive" temperatures and most of all my vehicle app had recognized the car going above posted speed limits.
