Right when you walk in there's a kiosk where you can check in as well, you cannot check in earlier than 30 minutes prior to your appt. Past the kiosk is an employee at a table, she will provide you the form you require. Once checked in you receive a printed ticket. I checked in at 440 for a 510 appt, I waited maybe 20 to 30 minutes. There's a screen that lists the ticket numbers being called out. Things went smoothly, staff were helpful. Would recommend this place for all your DL and ID needs.

Nobody super excited to be there, but I guess that's maybe not out of the ordinary when you're in the people business. I went to get a DBA for my business and was directed to the proper office. There was no line in that particular office so I was able to get in and out with my DBA. The lady helping me was all business. She wasn't rude, but she had a job to do and that's all she was interested in doing. Another lady in the office was having a very in depth conversation on her cell phone with her best pal or something. She was loud and it was obvious that it wasn't work related. I personally don't care that she was on her phone, but her volume was a little distracting at times. Whatever, it didn't keep me from what I needed to do so it's fine. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The other interaction I've had with the clerk's office was a phone call. It turned into several phone calls when I kept being sent to the next person and the next person and so on and so forth. I was honestly ready to give up, but I needed to speak with someone about an event permit. So I kept calling number after number until I finally reached the right person. I was just glad he answered the phone. He then directed me to their website which was also a little difficult to navigate, but I managed and found what I needed.
