Bello Casa recently power washed the homes in our community. They were contracted by our HOA to…read moreperform the work. As soon as they finished my home, I noticed that their high pressure sprayer had broken the seal on 2 of my ground floor windows, resulting in water and dirt from the sprayer now stuck in between the panes. Our HOA management company notified Bello Casa of the damage. They responded that their sprayers are not powerful enough to break a window seal and refused to even come out to assess the damage. If a worker using a high pressure sprayer stands too close to a window or uses improper technique, he most definitely can and did break the seals on my windows. So now I will have to replace the window glass at a cost of over $1000. The Bello Casa worker also damaged 2 screens with the sprayer. I would avoid this company at all costs.
