It's important to know that this isn't a typical walk-up retail store, but visiting is absolutely possible: you just need to email a few days in advance to coordinate a time. Never got my item. I ordered something on August 3 and I cancelled my order on the week of Thanksgiving because they haven't shipped it. They said they don't know when ezToys will get the product. Beware that they sell stuff that they don't have in their facility and you never know when you will ever get your item. I've been using ezToys for my Soviet and Russian aviation Arcana produced after 1991, usually by companies such as Hobby Master, for quite some time. Sometimes, I also use them for ordering various Herpa and In Flight models I can't find through my other, usual, suspects. They always have great prices, fast shipping, and overall their customer service is wonderful. If a model disappears due to licensing issues or lack of demand - as others have mentioned I have no trouble getting a refund or credit towards another purchase. There's always as discount code, there's always at least something to psychologically make me feel better about turning more of my hard earned money into temper-painted zinc. My most recent purchase was a VKS Su-25 Gratch in a color scheme where ambiguity was demanded whilst they were helping the heroes of Syria fight IS. Would and already have used them again. This us the first time I've done business with this outfit. They offer two day shipping but are unwilling to stand behind it or guarantee it. The rogue that I spoke with said that it wasn't his fault that I didn't get it in two days. Today is the third day and I still have not received my order. Where do I even start? I pre- ordered some models from them, and due to a delay from the model company, I asked the owner if my money would be refunded, he was generous enough to give me multiple options. I ended up waiting, when the model came in, I got notified and was able to pick it up. When I arrived at the building, I was amazed! The array of model planes! The owners are extremely nice and kind! Honestly one of THE BEST model stores to go to. This is a must if you are a model airplane collector and if you're in the San Diego area. Terrible customer service - DO NOT USE. I ordered a model, They never even let me know that they have to order elsewhere, I only found out it would be 6 weeks because I called looking for order. After many followups, I finally just waited till Sept 24th to ask where the plane was. They had told me "end of Septemeber" His response to me was "September isn't over yet" I cancelled the order. Several times I emailed asking questions and I received one-word answers and had to drag information out of them. This company is not worth it read more

They have no concept of customer service. On line orders ship extremely slow. For example my last order was placed on day #1, my credit card charged on day #3, but did not actually ship until day #7. Yes the website says orders ship in 5 to 7 days but don't take my money and wait 4 days to send the package. Should an item be listed as in stock but in actuality be on backorder they make no attempt to notify you. Even after you call them and ask for a call back with an update - nothing.
