Greg and a maintenance guy came by a total of 4 times telling me the most ridiculous reasons as to why one being that my blinds weren't shut all the time. Let me remind you..84 degrees even after keeping the blinds shut 24/7 and blackout curtains on the windows. Then, after 4 "attempts" coming by stopped returning my phone calls. This went on for weeks until I decided to put my notice in that I was moving because he wasn't holding up his end of the lease agreement. I gave a written notice and paid my last months rent. I feel that was more than courteous for the lack of service and communication I received. I left my notice with my keys in the drop and never heard anything from Greg (the worst business manager I've ever dealt with). I get a call a couple of months later that I have an item from him going to collections for $997.74 (my rent was $680). I called him to discuss and he actually answered. I told him who I was, what I was calling about, and that I needed this addresses asap. All he said was he'd look into it. I asked for estimated date I could expect a call back because that's what I was told every time I called regarding my broken AC, he just repeated himself a couple of times and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional!!! Once I get this issue taken care of I'll never have any dealings with him or his properties and I urge you all to do the same!!!!!!!
