The longest I have ever had to wait for a bagel with cream cheese in my life. You can tell they are overwhelmed as they have a barely teenager working the register taking orders. Saturday, December 27th. My husband went to pick up my daughter and I 2 everything bagels with cream cheese and two coffee's. It took a full hour for him to receive the order and when he did, it was because he asked about the order as several other customers were also getting impatient. The coffee's had to be remade because they were cold from the wait and the bagels weren't even sliced with cream cheese on them, just warmed up and thrown in a bag. I told my husband to just walk out and leave the order behind but he could tell the owner was stressed and overwhelmed. Her workers were worthless, one just stood around clueless instead of helping and the other had difficulty with understanding English to take orders efficiently. If you have somewhere to be, this is not the place to go. I will say the everything bagel was delicious but the coffees were average. Could be a great business if the owner can get reliable ppl and she can learn to run the business properly. read more

They seem to be completely disorganized and overwhelmed. It took almost 30 minutes to get just 2 iced coffees, no food at all. The child working at the front desk let us know that it would be a 45+ minute wait for food so we decided against that. We had someone else in our party who ordered only a bottled orange juice (which they had ready to go in the fridge behind the counter) and it was not given to him for about 20 minutes, and only after he had to ask for it. I'm hoping they may have just been majorly understaffed because if this is the norm, it's completely unacceptable. read more

I am from NJ and found this place to be exceptional. They don't skimp out on ingredients as you find businesses doing these days. Everything bagel was loaded with seasoning and very fluffy. Also ordered a wrap with egg whites and cheese. The wrap was fresh and plentiful with eggs. I took my food to go, but noted that the seating area had enough seats for all of the patrons and the atmosphere inside was very nice.
