All the staff that work at the gym are incredible people who make you feel very welcome. You have 3 amazing Trainers at the gym. The owner Sasho and his wife Paula and Joe. They all are the best of trainers in their own way!! Sasho has been in countless body building competions same with his wife and a good bunch others who train at the gym. If you were ever to train at this gym you won't be disappointed if your after simple raw equipment with old school dumbells and pictures up on the walls around the gym of the best body builders. A real Gym is for walking in, getting focused pushing your body and mind to the limit and being proud with what you have achieved :)!!
