From the moment you walk through the door, you feel welcomed - you sense the positive energy, you see how they interact with each person - with interest and enthusiasm and you know they are excited you chose to be part of the community that makes up their gym! The STAFF: Top Notch...every single one of the coaches are outstanding! They provide the right amount of encouragement and support. Just when you think you can't get 1 more double mountain-climber in, you have a coach who will squat down next to you and encourage you to finish. There are two coaches for every class, this allows more time for the coaches to interact with each member during the work-out. The coaches are there to make sure you have the best workout possible. The STUDIO:  The studio is NEW and CLEAN.  The precautions in place include mandatory towels and cleaning between sets.  Another thing, there are NO mirrors - wow, that is really freeing!  It puts you in a mindset of focusing on yourself and the workout, not how you look doing the workout (the coaches will come by and help you if your form needs it). The WORKOUT: New, Challenging, Constantly Changing, High-Energy, FUN and DONE in 45 mins!!! The workouts can be modified for more intensity or less. There is no judging or competition (unless it's with yourself). You focus on the exercise you're doing and what's coming up next.....then Breath! The MEMBERS: I've mostly been to the late afternoon/early evening classes and after less than 2 weeks, have a sense of camaraderie with the members. There are all fitness levels, ages, sizes and the encouragement and support (from people you've never met) makes you want to come back! The REWARD: That overwhelming feeling of accomplishment knowing that you just kicked ass and made yourself a priority.....and you can't wait to be back tomorrow to do it all again!

I have never felt uncomfortable there. These workouts are functional, so they are for anyone and everyone. I was still going here when I was pregnant with my son. The coaches modified all the exercises for me. I don't think I can ever go back to a "normal" gym after this. I love how the workouts change often so, you hardly to the same thing day to day. A great release from a stressful work week. The Yelp staff were so organized and motivating as were the kickboxing staff. The only thing that made me anxious was how sanitary were the gloves. All I can tell you is if my hands got sweaty, I'm sure other folks did too. Didn't see any hand sanitizer available. Doesn't mean it wasn't there I just didn't see any. But aside from that it was a really great workout. They had an awesome DJ and light snacks afterwards. Thanks Yelp for those very convenient sweat towels because I really needed it. This workout flew in time! I was definitely already breaking a sweat halfway through. The instruction videos were very clear and the routines rotate. It's advertise as for beginners through expert, however, I think it's more intermediate to expert. The layout is very tight and there is 2 people to a station. I think this is important to note as one may like their space when working out. A big plus to this is how it's family/veteran operated. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about 9 Rounds style of exercise. Facility was very clean. There is locker/cubby space for belongings and a filtered water fountain. I enjoyed my time at 9Round and would recommend so those that are looking to change up their current routine for a more high-impact, cardio pumping exercise!

This place gives him a great opportunity to get physical and learn how to use his body. The other kids and parents are supportive and friendly. Coach Ethan does a great job handling so many kids for class. My son made it up the 8 foot warp wall for the first time a couple weeks ago. He really enjoys coming to class and open gym. Coach Eric recently was at our location and sensed my son's need and have him special attention and my boy loved Eric for it. We are very pleased with our son's progress and the value for what we pay at Conquer Ninja gym in Gilbert/Queen Creek.
