Do wish they had a pool but the sauna is option is nice. I think they offer childcare as well. And as their membership grows, looks like they'll hosting more events which is a big draw for me. I did the 21 day free trial and was extremely close to signing up fully, but I have a gym in my complex with similar equipment. However, places like O2 (Lifetime, Equinox etc) are much more than a gym, they are an ~experience~ I don't think most people go solely to work out or train, they go for the elevated service/treatment, community, motivation from/of being around others etc. And you definitely get that here at O2. Pricewise is what you would expect from a facility of this caliber, but their prepaid packages do get you some decent savings. The operations staff is nice and friendly - sales people can be a bit aggressive but that's to be expected. Overall, I'd recommend this as a first choice to anyone who does not have a home gym or something readily available in their complex. Can't beat the location either - perfect for working out and running errands before or after.

I enjoyed my time off from the grind by spending time with DEAR friends and Dropping In at a quality CrossFit gym like CrossFit Simplicity. The drop in process was great (and I got a shirt). The owner, Daniel, was professional and helpful. I worked out with the community 4x. This included one 5:30pm, 2 5:30am and one partner WOD. It was a great way to stay on track. The gym is spacious, the equipment organized and clean. The coaches were excellent. There is a shower with towels as well towels for the million burpees we did that week!!!! You know that nervous feeling you get during the partner work out? Not a problem here! My partner was accommodating and supportive of the "Old Man". Well, don't you worry! Daniel, Maryann and Felicia are the best. They take their time to teach you and make sure you are doing everything right. I am like a crossfit dummy, so everything is still so new to me, but they've been so patient with me and I love the fact that they encourage and motivate everybody like non stop! I've been going to 5:30am class everyday and I absolutely love it. I really love the vibe here- everybody is so friendly, they all work so hard and you know just by looking at them, you want to be like them! Ah, they are just my inspiration!!! What a great event. I loved doing something different. It was a 50 min full body workout. I felt comfortable and empowered. Alex was great. He gave me great suggestions how to use what I learned at home. The venue is open and has a large breath of equipment to help you focus on training your core and specific muscles groups. I took a Momentum class that gradually builds in intensity. The Focus was on athleticism & endurance where the pace was 6 rotations (2 each at 70 - 80 - 90% off weights) on 6 different stations. Let's just say you can feel the burn! I also got adjust positions based on my flexibility and limitations. I like to give it 100% so I did change too much. It was such a great experience! I could see few monthly classes in my rotation. I really appreciate the private parking too. That's a huge plus for the area!
