That's called Bribery. Something is wrong with that. I had made an appointment to get my phone fixed. It might have been a battery problem. They honored my appointment on time. Was I satisfied with their service? Yes. Was I satisfied with their communication? Yes. Did they fix the issue with my phone? Yes. Were they polite, professional, and knowledgeable? Yes.
