You can see my photos of the entirety of our e-mail interaction but in short I received a damaged and unusable panel of fabric. I emailed them and they said they would replace it and then walked that back when it became clear that it was not damaged in shipping. When I had the temerity to imply that the ruined fabric slipped passed their quality control they made it clear to me that under no circumstances were they at all capable of ever making a human mistake. Later when I looked closer at the fabric I found a note that labeled it as having a cut, when I told them about that they implied that I had fabricated that and made vailed legal threats towards me. DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE it is not worth it. I am working with my bank to get my money back.

Yes, the fabrics are expensive. That's because this is where you go to buy expensive fabric. The signage is excellent, and they have a sale section in the very back with tonnes of choices! I was able to buy fabric for my project for just a few dollars. They have a lot of notions that were all priced very reasonably. It was clean, there was no foul smell (which can not be said of most fabric stores) and the staff were perfectly polite and helpful. If you're looking to save, take advantage of seasonal sales! I hope this review encourages you to give it a try. They have upholstery, quilting, and garment fabrics. Very diverse stock! Side note, but there is lots of good parking here too!

Staff are generally pretty friendly, but move at their own pace. (Read: slow as molasses). I'm not complaining, just noticing. Overall, the space is large, but limiting- you can tell it's organized, but they could probably use a bigger location.
